Draig Ffynci / Funky Dragon

Mae'r Ddraig Ffynci – Cynulliad Plant a Phobl Ifanc Cymru – yn sefydliad arweinir gan gyfoed. Ein nod ydy i roi cyfle i rai 0-25 oed gael llais ar bethau sydd yn effeithio nhw. Mae'r cyfle i gymryd rhan a chael pobl i wrando arnat ti yn hawl sylfaenol o dan Gonfensiwn y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar Hawliau'r Plentyn. Bydd Y Ddraig Ffynci yn ceisio cynrychioli amrediad mor eang â phosib a gweithio gyda'r rhai sydd yn gwneud penderfyniadau i gyflawni newid.

Prif dasg Draig Ffynci ydy i wneud yn sicr fod barn plant a phobl ifanc yn cael ei glywed, yn enwedig gan Lywodraeth Cymru, ac i gefnogi cyfranogaeth mewn gwneud penderfyniadau ar lefel cenedlaethol.

Funky Dragon - the Children and Young People’s Assembly for Wales - is a peer-led organisation. Our aim is to give 0 – 25 year olds the opportunity to get their voices heard on issues that affect them. The opportunity to participate and be listened to is a fundamental right under the United Nations Convention Rights of the Child. Funky Dragon will try to represent as wide a range as possible and work with decision-makers to achieve change.

Funky Dragon’s main tasks are to make sure that the views of children and young people are heard, particularly by the Welsh Government, and to support participation in decision-making at national level.
