  • Schools and colleges are good places to try out a variety of different arts and crafts
  • There are many different types of arts and crafts including:
    • Sewing and knitting
    • Clay modelling
    • Pottery
    • Painting and drawing
    • Calligraphy
    • Card making
    • Jewellery making
  • There are clubs and societies that will teach you many of the different arts and craft skills and will often provide you with the equipment you will need for a small fee

Arts and crafts for the disabled

  • Just because you are disabled it doesn't mean you can't take part in arts and crafts activities
  • Arts and crafts are often used as a means of expression by many disabled people so if you would like to give it a try ask you school or care worker for more information
