Mentro Allan Project, City and County of Swansea
Mentro Allan focuses on carers, specifically: young carers, parent carers, BME carers, carers of people with mental health problems, and carers of the elderly.
Currently on offer is a mixed provision of activities ranging from low level walks, pilates, gentle exercise, dance and cycling.
